• Account and profile information: name, email address, authentication details, tenant or organization membership, and profile information entered in Lumavi.
• Content you choose to submit: forms, messages, documents, images, food photos, and other materials you upload or capture through the product.
• Health and wellness information you choose to share: health metrics, nutrition data, assessment responses, and connected platform data when you explicitly grant access or enter it into the product.
• Device and technical information: device identifiers, push notification tokens, browser or app metadata, log data, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

2. Permissions and Device Access

Depending on your platform and the features you use, Lumavi may request access to certain device capabilities.

• Camera: used only when you choose to capture a document image or take a food photo inside the mobile app.
• Photos or files: used when you choose to upload existing images, documents, or other files.
• Notifications: used to deliver app notifications such as new messages, assigned forms, or similar account activity when notifications are enabled.

Lumavi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public marketing website. If you believe a child has provided information to us inappropriately, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Your continued use of Lumavi after an updated policy becomes effective indicates your acknowledgment of the updated policy.
